As an Associate or Contractor, your personal information as defined above will not be disclosed to any third parties. Only the information you provide, explicitly to market your expertise to Fox IT’s site and client base will be made public. If you are a Client of Fox IT, you have agreed and are additionally subject to the contractual Terms and Conditions of subscribing to our services. If you are not an Associate, Contractor or Client, by visiting the site you consent to the collection and use of your information under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

If you begin but do not complete any data submission process, Fox IT may contact you based on information you provide us to determine if you wish to complete the process of becoming an Associate, Contractor or any client enquiries.

We use your information to process and administer details of your requests, to provide you with opportunities to participate in future projects and resourcing requirements, and to keep you up to date with new developments at Fox IT or support your business needs. We also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.

If Fox IT is purchased or merges with another business entity, we may disclose personal information of all Associates , Contractors and Clients to the new partners or owners who may then provide you with information about any new products and services.

Additional provisions for Associates

Fox IT may disclose your information to third parties such as current or former employees or referees requested from you for the purpose of confirming the details you have provided or consent of joining and participating in Fox IT course of business.
 Fox IT may undertake background checks, including through a third-party service. Fox IT may seek to check for any criminal history.

Updating Your Information

Upon request you are entitled to see the personal information that Fox holds. You may also request that we make changes to your personal information so it is kept up to date. We may also update your personal information from using data we obtain from third parties. Associates are also required to update their biography and employment details they provide to Fox IT on a frequent basis.

Opting Out

You may choose to remove your personal information from Fox IT. Associates may opt-out of the associate network and the Fox IT team will use all reasonable efforts to cease contact. By removing you from the Associate network does not affect your use of the site and Fox IT services as a client or visitor.  Opting Out may effect any subscription you or your employer may have.

Our website(s) may include links to non-Fox IT web sites. These are outside our control and not covered by this policy. If you access those websites via the links, use of those websites will be in accordance with the privacy policy of those site operators, which may differ from our policy.

Changes To This Policy
